For Security Reasons and to assist the organisers in advising guests of any last minute change to the programme, the above information must be supplied no later than 2 weeks in advance of the visit. This must include all persons visiting and may not be changed after this deadline.

Only invited guests who have registered with this information will be allowed on board the vessel. If you are visiting with a friend/partner/child you will need to complete an individual form for each person visiting. Any persons under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult (They must also be registered).

Once you have signed up to a tour, you will be provided with full details of the day including exact timings, meeting arrangements etc.

VALID GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID i.e PASSPORT OR DRIVING LICENSE MUST BE CARRIED ON THE DAY. Due to the high level of security, it is required that members wishing to attend the ship visits need to produce VALID GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID i.e PASSPORT OR DRIVING LICENSE. If you do not posses these forms of identification then unfortunately, on this occasion, you cannot attend.
